Quality
The quality of our machines and systems is a continuous challenge to us. We
do not become tired setting our benchmarks higher from year to year. The level
of quality we want to achieve is defined very early, starting in the development
and construction phase of each machine.
The following aspects of all LIEBEL machinery are important factors, which
have a direct influence on our quality levels:
- All LIEBEL systems are constructed in a modular way. This guarantees
a high degree of standardization and brings along qualitative advantages
in the area of production as well as maintenance.
- LIEBEL uses parts from renowned suppliers. These are oftentimes suppliers
who have helped to set important industrial standards. Our spare parts
can therefore easily be sourced in most countries.
- When given a choice, we use the best available material. Wherever reasonable
and possible LIEBEL machines are made of stainless steel. Therefore we
reach an IP 65 or 66 level of protection. All machinery is made to the
level of hygienic requirements set by the food industry.
- Where possible we choose generous dimensions for our machine parts.
This often helps to increase life expectancy.
- Every machine, from the order to the final delivery is made by a single
responsible mechanic. This decreases the rate of possible errors.
- All machine modules offer easy access, which minimizes service time.
- Our quality standards go hand in hand with qualified personal. LIEBEL’s
