Dependable In-line Weight Control
LIEBEL checkweighers offer all benefits of an in-line production control. LIEBEL checkweighers of the LWS 1400 and LWS 1510 type are commonly used in high-end production sectors of the food industry. A qualitatively high industrial standard guarantees excellent precision together with unsurpassed reliability. Stainless steel finishings with disguised weighing-units provide solutions for both, dry and wet production areas. A space-saving design, multiple technical options and infinitely variable transport speeds together with freely adjustable transport heights enable usage in different industries and a large variety of production lines. Polished stainless steel surfaces, cantilever transport-belts and high ground clearance permit excellent cleaning properties. The transport system allows a quick manual change of conveyer belts without the need of special tools. A special data interface enables reprocessing of collected data. "LIEBEL Weighing and Grading Technologies" offers various options of
reecter systems - from blow-off devices to flaps as well as pushers. Tendency- or mean average weight control as well as a statistics program are optionally available.
LIEBEL also offers checkweighers which can be integrated into an existing conveyer without need of additional space. These static systems have an underlying "upstroke weighing unit" with pneumatic lift-up action (for products to be weighted) from between or on each side of the conveyer. Our checkweighers either use force compensated or strain gauge load cells - depending on w&m approval.
