For the production of fixed weight cartons or batches - especially for individually price-labelled products
LIEBEL equalizing systems of the UES 4 to12 types, as well as the newest IES
generation, are made for the equalization
process of fixed weight batches (cartons) in the fruit, cheese, meat and fish
industry. Usually these are packed and individually price labelled products
(labelled with weight and price). If necessary, sorting as well as equalizing
can be carried out simultaneously on the same machine.
Our industrial standards guarantee excellent precision together with unsurpassed
reliability. Stainless steel finishings with polished surfaces and a high
ground clearance permit excellent cleaning properties. Aside from that LIEBEL
equalizing systems are known for their minimum space requirements.
LIEBEL equalizing systems are generally linked to the previous price labelling
machine which delivers all required data input (specific product weights).
The UNISORT sorting-software guarantees easy handling. Despite of the uncomplicated
intuitive menu, the user has multiple operating and statistical options (see
Data Sheets).
A large variety of technical options allow each UES machine to be adapted
to specific client needs. This includes various options for automated packing,
roller conveyers for gentle product transport or freely adjustable working
heights for different carton sizes – just to mention a few.
Attention: Equalizing machines of the UES type (Universal Equalizing Systems)
are generally used for packed products in combination with a price labelling
machine, whereas graders of the USS type are generally used for both, sorting
as well as equalizing of unpacked products.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF LIEBEL EQUALIZING MACHINES
Depending on the difficulty of the equalizing process, our machines are equipped with 4 to 12 channels. The decision as to which system to use, will be based on a previous software simulation. As a prerequisite for this simulation we ask our clients to send us a UES-Checklist together with specific weight data.
Videos are available in Windows-Media-Format. The current software version can be downloaded here.
