Liebel Dosing systems LDS 1, LDS 2 and LDS 3 (single, twin, and triple linear
weigh fillers) can be used for high precision dosing of powder, grain, granulate
and chunky product. This can be herbs, teas, spices, coffee, sugar, wheat,
pharmaceutical products, screws, bolts etc …. Our industrial standards
guarantee excellent precision together with unsurpassed reliability over many
years of life-span. Stainless steel finishings with polished surfaces and
a high ground clearance permit excellent cleaning properties.
The operation unit of our LDS systems offers a data memory for 25 different
articles. Because of an adaptive and self learning control-system, a second
fine-dosing vibration tube is not required.
Numerous technical options range from fully automated filling machines to
manual bag-filling devices. Depending on the type and volume of product the
throughput can range from 25 to 75 ppm.
